A Personalised and Inclusive Approach

My practice is neurodivergent-friendly and affirming. My lived experience with sensory processing differences allows me to appreciate the unique sensitivities each person brings to their interactions with others and their surroundings.
I'm passionate about supporting others through life's challenges. Drawing from my challenges and life experiences, I offer empathetic and personalised support. My approach is flexible and designed to help you feel comfortable and fully supported throughout our work together.
Training
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
My qualifications:
• CPCAB Therapeutic Counselling Diploma (Level 4) – Integrative Counselling with a Gestalt Focus
• CPCAB Counselling Certificate (Level 3)
• CPCAB Counselling Certificate (Level 2)
I undertake monthly supervision, and ongoing independent professional development.
I am insured, hold an enhanced DBS, and am a member of the ICO, adhering to the Data Protection Act.
