I'm Lynda Chan Phillips, MBACP Dip Couns

I'm here to support you through life's most challenging times, including the complexities of bereavement, loss, and trauma.
These experiences can profoundly impact every aspect of your life, you may feel overwhelmed and stuck in unhelpful thoughts and behavior, unsure of how to move forward.
My commitment is to be alongside you during the difficult times, helping you find clarity, peace, and a way forward.
I am a fully qualified and registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. In addition to my private practice, I counsel at a hospice bereavement service helping individuals navigate grief and loss with understanding and care.
Why Work With Me?
I specialise in supporting those dealing with the impact of loss, whether it's the loss of a loved one, relationship changes, job transitions, or other significant life challenges. Loss, in its many forms, can deeply affect our sense of self and stability. I also welcome individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and the stresses of daily life, as these often intertwine with experiences of loss.
In addition to individual therapy.
I offer couples counselling to help partners navigate challenges, improve communication, and deepen their connection. Whether you're facing conflict, disconnection, or specific relationship issues, we'll work together to bring balance and understanding.
My approach is centered on building a relationship of trust where you feel truly heard and safe to share your experiences. My aim is to collaborate with you, together we can make sense of the overwhelming thoughts, emotions, and behavior.
